St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church is just two blocks from the Waterfront Greenline Metro Station on the Southwest corner of M St. SW and Delaware Ave. SW. It is also accessible by buses including bus routes 74 and P6, as well as the D.C. Circulator EM-LP. There is an underground parking garage accessible from the Delaware Ave. side of the building.
